This is to the person in the January post asking about other churches. My best advice is to pray and visit. I personally am now a member of a Missouri Synod Lutheran Church. But I did visit other MSL Churches that I didn't care for. So no matter what denomination or synod, you just have to visit awhile and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you and tell you yes or no. The spirit of a church really depends on the Pastor AND the membership. My church is a very active church with many different ministries. It has 4 services every weekend as well as numerous Bible studies on weekends and during the week. Early Sunday AM is the most conservative and later Sunday AM is very modern with a band and packed to the gills with young families. I also visited many other denominational as well as undenominational churches until I was led to know that this church is my new home. So just hang in there and you will find a new home.
i think everyone who writes on this is very cruel. you must respect other peoples religons. by golly where are your manners.
i think what ever your dreams are then you should follow them and try to be obedient and not make fun of other people!
